To cancel:

1. Log in to your Member account dashboard:
   1. https://www.motionpalpation.org/login
   2. If you are already logged in, disregard this and continue following directions
2. Click on the account logo in the top right corner.
3. Select Settings, then Billing Info, and then click the Cancel Subscriptions button.

You are now unsubscribed. You will not be charged again unless you re-subscribe.

Remember, refunds are not available after payment is received. Cancellation will prevent any further charges after the date of cancellation.

You must cancel at least 48 hours before your next billing date to ensure you will not be charged again.

You can only register and pay for ONE person at checkout.

You CAN NOT pay for someone else's registration while logged into your own account. Each registrant MUST have an account.

Seminar pricing and the registration questions are role-based. Incorrectly registering will result in being either refunded the registration fee minus the cancellation fee ($35) and removed from the seminar or being asked to pay the difference. If you have over paid, you will be refunded the difference.

1. Please choose the DOCTOR or STUDENT button that best describes you.
2. Then continue to the next page to complete the registration form.
   1. Please be sure to answer ALL the questions correctly.
   2. This is especially true for "What seminar are you registering for?"
3. Pay for the seminar.

Early registration for all 12 hour seminars ends 14 days prior to the date of the seminar.

You can use your school email address for your MPI account but be aware that when you graduate, you will lose access to that account and therefore possibly lose access to your account with MPI. We suggest using a personal email account, preferably a free account that won't be cancelled such as Gmail or Yahoo, for example.

If you need to change your email address, you can do so by:

1. Log in to your Member account dashboard:

   2. If you are already logged in, disregard this and continue following directions
2. Click on the account logo in the top right corner.
3. Select Settings, then change your email address under the "E-mail" option.

In most cases, transferring your registration to the correct seminar is no problem. In some cases an additional charge may be added to correct a difference in price.

A $35 processing fee will be charged per program for any tuition refund request when the registrant provides written notice of cancellation at least one (1) day prior to the program start date.

There are circumstances when the fee will be waived or the total registration fee will be transferred to a credit upon request.

If your license is from the state that the seminar is being held in, yes.

We make every effort to insure that registrants are able to receive CE credits for their state no matter where the seminar is held. However, due to requirements for some states, we cannot guarantee CE will be available for everyone. If you have any questions please contact us, using the form below.

If CE is unavailable for your state, you will be given the option of a full refund or full credit for another seminar of your choice.

If you are local to the seminar location, it is preferred. If you are travelling by plane or are otherwise unable to bring the equipment, don't worry about it. There should be enough to share with others.
